Advantage Business Services is a staffing referral company that connects candidates with Employers Outsourcing, Inc., which will serve as the employer of record. If hired, you will receive your pay via a weekly pay card or direct deposit from Employers Outsourcing, Inc., based on the hours you worked. Any employment verifications, as well as requests for unemployment, disability, or workers' compensation benefits, will be directed to Employers Outsourcing, Inc. as your employer.
If hired, I authorize the company to make deductions from my paycheck for any errors in payroll, garnishments, and any overpayments made to me in error.
Any employee on duty or on company property who possesses, sells, receives, or is found to have detectable levels of illegal drugs, alcohol, or marijuana in their blood or urine that impair performance will be subject to immediate termination. In appropriate cases, the matter may be referred to law enforcement authorities. By entering the client worksite property, employees consent to inspections of their person, lockers, vehicles, or any other personal belongings. The company reserves the right to require drug, alcohol, and marijuana testing based on reasonable suspicion.
The company does not tolerate unlawful harassment or discrimination of any kind. All injuries must be reported to your supervisor immediately, who will then notify the Worker’s Compensation department to authorize medical treatment. In the case of emergency or after-hours accidents, seek immediate medical treatment and report the incident to our office on the next business day. A drug screen is required within 24 hours for all work-related injuries.

In accordance with state law, a positive drug test result will relieve the company and its insurers from responsibility for any medical expenses related to your injury. Refusal to submit to a drug test will have the same consequences as a positive test result. If an employee tests positive on a post-accident drug test, they will be terminated for violating the company’s substance abuse policy, and workers’ compensation benefits, as well as medical bills related to the injury, will be denied.

Employees are required to inform the doctor or medical facility that light-duty work is available and must follow the doctor’s instructions regarding light-duty assignments. Additionally, employees must forward all medical information related to the workplace injury within 24 hours of receipt and complete an injury/accident report within 24 hours of the incident.

However, the nature of the offense, the date of the offense, the surrounding circumstances, and its relevance to the duties of the position applied for may be considered in making employment decisions. All information regarding criminal history will be kept confidential and used only as permitted by applicable law.
