The Business Architect Accelerator is a 7-week, hands-on builder’s program for entrepreneurs and small business owners who are ready to stop circling ideas and finally put structure behind their vision. Whether you’re starting from scratch or leveling up what you already have, this program is designed to give you clarity, tools, and real-world practice.
This isn’t theory. By the end, you’ll have:
A complete business plan that covers startup costs, ongoing costs, and a practical budget for years 1–3.
Your own AI “co-founder” bot — introduced like a brand-new intern on your team. Over the 7 weeks, you’ll “onboard” it by teaching it every part of your business. The bot isn’t here to run your business — it’s here to help you reflect, refine, and tighten how your operations, marketing, and customer experience work.
A mapped-out workflow and tech stack review, showing you exactly where AI or automation can make the most impact (and how to repeat the process across other workflows).
Real practice pitching and defending your business or idea using virtual reality software.
An official certificate of completion.
What to Expect
📅 Weekly Sessions
Two 2 hour sessions per week. Specific days TBD.
🖥 For Out-of-Area Participants
If you’re outside Hampton Roads, your program will be fully online unless you decide to travel in for a session. You’ll receive all workbooks and materials ahead of time and are expected to review them before class.
🛠 Guided Activities
Every week, you’ll apply lessons directly to your business — building your plan, onboarding your AI co-founder, and testing your workflows. Plan to spend about 5–7 hours outside of class on assignments, research, and bot training.
💡 Expert Support
Learn directly from Tiffany Richardson-Harrell & Mercedes Locke, plus guest entrepreneurs and local business leaders. (If you want to be a speaker or know anyone, let us know!)
🎤 Pitch Practice
The accelerator wraps with pitch practice where you’ll use virtual reality software to sharpen how you present and defend your idea.
🤝 Community
Work alongside other ambitious founders who are building right alongside you.
