Once you complete the quick process below, then we will reach out to you to discuss your interest in buying a business and/or with full disclosure on your business of interest. Lion Business Brokers - Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA)

This Nondisclosure Agreement (the "Agreement") is entered into by and between Lion Business Brokers with its address 1250 S Capital of Texas Hwy, Building 3, Suite 400, Austin, TX 78746, (“Broker” & "Disclosing Party") and the below referenced signer, for the purpose of preventing the unauthorized disclosure of Confidential Information as defined below. The parties agree to enter into a confidential relationship with respect to the disclosure of certain proprietary and confidential information ("Confidential Information").
