By completing and returning this form you agree and accept our terms of service outlined below.

Upon submission of this form you will be added to our list of upcoming inspections.
Given the nature of our work on the water we can’t guarantee turn around times as a standard due to the unpredictability of the weather.
We aim to complete all moorings promptly once this form has been returned, if you require an urgent inspection get in touch with us at brodie.holdfastmarine@gmail.com and we will do our best to accomodate.
An inspection fee of $395.00 inclusive of GST is required for the survey of your mooring.
Surveys of moorings situated in Section E of the Williamstown field have an inspection fee of $495.00 inclusive of GST due to the increased size & weight of these moorings.
A Survey means we use our crane to lift your mooring completely out of the water to inspect the wear on all components: top rope, swivel, intermediate & ground chains and where they attach to the train wheels.
If your mooring passes our survey of the components we immediately drop it back in the water, reattach your boat and invoice you for the inspection only.
If when we are conducting our survey of your mooring we determine components do not meet Parks Victoria standards we must take immediate action to ensure the safety of your boat and those around you.
A mooring requiring maintenance will incur additional costs on top of the inspection fee. These will appear on your invoice under Labour & Materials as they specifically relate to the amount of maintenance completed and materials required.
We accept the following payment methods: Bank Transfer, Card & BPAY. Details for all 3 payment methods will be located at the bottom of your invoice.

Upon completion of inspection and/or maintenance work, an email invoice will be generated with costs & details of work through our MYOB system.
Once the invoice has been paid your mooring report will be emailed to you and Parks Victoria.
