Non-Disclosure Agreement

Our Business Sales listing agreement requires that we obtain a Non-Disclosure and evidence of financial ability BEFORE disclosing the name, location, or financials associated with this listing. The information you provide will be held in confidence. In consideration for The Wynn Group providing, you information you agree to the following:

➢     Any and all information, location, or financial for any of these businesses is strictly sensitive and confidential and you agree NOT to disclose any information about this business to any other person who has not signed this agreement (except attorneys, accountants, and business advisors)

➢     I agree not to contact the seller or its employees, landlord, or vendors until after I have entered into a purchase agreement. I understand that after signing this document I can arrange a PRIVATE meeting with the seller at the seller’s discretion through The Wynn Group.

➢     I agree NOT to interfere with the ability of the broker to earn a commission from the seller and acknowledge that I can be held liable if I interfere or try to circumvent the broker.

➢     Buyer understands that the listing is not set up for co-brokering and there is no commission for outside brokers. Buyer will be responsible for any fees due to outside brokers.

I further understand that as per required for Business Opportunities, that all financial information has been directly received from the seller and not reviewed for accuracy by the selling broker and it is suggested that any information be reviewed by your accountant or financial advisor. The selling broker makes no representation as to the accuracy of the information provided by the seller.
