I’m Karen Jones — a Certified Grief Recovery Method® Specialist and Resilience Coach.
I help people who’ve experienced loss recover their peace, energy, and confidence to live fully again.

I’ve walked through loss myself — and I know what it’s like to feel stuck between what was and what will never be again.
My mission is to help you heal in a way that honors your story, restores your heart, and reignites your joy.

Healing doesn’t mean forgetting.
It means finding a way to live fully while carrying the love and learning that the loss has brought.
