A 50% deposit secures your spot; the remaining balance can be paid in-store after your experience.
Need to reschedule? Just let us know at least 2 hours before your session and we’ll be happy to assist, subject to availability.
Each booking allows one reschedule; deposits are non-refundable for cancellations.
Cancellations made 12+ hours in advance qualify for a full refund within 5 working days.
If you arrive late, we’ll do our best to accommodate you, but your session may be shortened to respect other guests’ bookings.
