A no fee 15 minute consultation for us to explain these options verbally.
Is it ADHD? 3 weeks Assessment and Next Steps Group. $180. Begins the first Wednesday of each month. for the three weeks. Open to adults.
QB $299.00 An objective digital test, Adult self report scale, results consultation, and referral.
Intake appointment $200. Let's do all of the intake paperwork and have a clinical interview that will include the adult self report scale.

Coaching Route

Teen homework and Goal-setting group $25. Sundays 3pm est/2pm cen
In this group you’ll:
- Create homework systems
- Improve parental communication
- Craft friendship-scripts
- Practice emotion naming.
- Set goals for the upcoming week with clarity and
  encouragement
- Create realistic action steps and share them.
- Finish homework, projects, or chores that slipped
  through the cracks
The Life Hack Lab ADHD and Interpersonal Skills $50 Tuesdays at 11 am est./ 10am cent
In this group you’ll:
- learn to shift focus
- conquer procrastination
- create systems that work for YOU
- gain emotional regulation skills
- build stronger relationships
- and tap into your unique strengths

The options for Florida and Texas Residents
