Change In Hours Request Form

NOTE:  Hours submitted via this form are requests only. Each request must be approved by the CEO before they may take effect.  If your request is not in line with the required hours of operation, you will be notified via email whether the request has been approved.

Per your Franchise Agreement, Easter, July 4th, Thanksgiving and Christmas are the only approved holidays for closure.  The required hours of operation for all stores is currently 11am-9pm daily. Requests to modify hours are unlikely to be approved without a justifiable business reason.

If approved, please allow up to 2 business days from the date of approval for changes to appear on all platforms.
