We action all standard requests on Mondays. For emergency issues, we work to resolve these ASAP during business hours only (Mon-Fri 9-5).
Please copy/paste the link (e.g. yourchurch.com.au/staff). If the whole site is affected, just write "Whole site".
Be specific with what you need, for example:
"Change text FROM [old text] TO [new text]"
"Add the attached image to the [Section Name] section."

Please do your best to provide enough information so I can understand and resolve the issue. It may be helpful to ask yourself "who, what, where, when, why, how" to confirm I have enough information.

Files and Confirmation


Please upload any files required for this request. Don't worry about whether the images are the right sizes. We'll handle that for you.
Use this only if you have a link to a file or folder on Google Drive / Dropbox / OneDrive instead of the downloaded file(s) or folder(s). Please make sure you've given us the necessary access if required.

Standard:
If you submitted this by 5:00 pm Friday, we'll get this done on the following Monday. If you submitted it over the weekend, we'll do our best to get it done on Monday, but we can't guarantee it. It'll definitely be done by the following Monday.

Emergency:
If your whole website is down, we'll get to this as soon as possible during business hours.
