We action all standard requests on Mondays. For emergency issues, we work to resolve these ASAP during business hours only (Mon-Fri 9-5).

Standard:
If you submitted this by 5:00 pm Friday, we'll get this done on the following Monday. If you submitted this over the weekend, we'll do our best to get it done on Monday, but we can't guarantee it. It'll definitely be done by the following Monday.

Emergency:
If your whole website is down or your emails aren't working for everyone, we'll get to this as soon as possible during business hours.
