Percentages are calculated based on the Receiving Brokerage's Gross Commission Income (GCI). No referral fee is due if total GCI for the referral is $7,500 or less and the referral fee shall not exceed $50,000.

Listing: 25% referral fee.

Purchase: 20% referral fee.

Lease (Landlord or Tenant): Leases up to 3 years, 15% referral fee. Leases longer than 3 years, 25% referral fee.

Three-Way Introduction: Referring Agent will initiate a 3-way text or email introduction.

Client Will Initiate: Client has been given your contact information and will reach out to Receiving Brokerage.

If the Receiving Brokerage is authorized to contact the Client directly, confirm the below statement.

Referring Agent confirms the Client has authorized contact by Navigate Commercial Real Estate.

Terms and Conditions

This Agreement is entered into between Navigate Commercial Real Estate ("Receiving Brokerage") and the undersigned Referring Broker/Brokerage Representative ("Referring Brokerage").

In consideration of the client referral, Receiving Brokerage agrees that if it receives a commission from the first transaction closed by the Client(s) within twelve (12) months of the date of this Agreement, Referring Brokerage shall be entitled to the referral fee percentage selected above.

The referral fee percentage is applied to the gross commission received by Receiving Brokerage, after the deduction of direct marketing costs incurred by Receiving Brokerage in connection with representing a Listing.

If the total commission received by Receiving Brokerage from such transaction is $7,500 or less, no referral fee shall be owed to Referring Brokerage. The maximum referral fee payable under this agreement is $50,000.

Receiving Brokerage will pay the referral fee to Referring Brokerage promptly, typically via direct payment from a licensed title and escrow company for a sale or purchase or upon receipt of the lease commission paid to Receiving Brokerage. (Note: leasing commission fee payment schedules vary by transaction.)
