Given the nature of our work on the water & the availability of sites in the Williamstown Field, we cannot guarantee turn around times as a standard.
We are very familiar with the Parks Victoria New Mooring Permit Application process, because of this we can assist you along the way to ensure the fastest possible experience.
With this is mind there are a few details we need from you in order to provide Parks Victoria all the information they require for your application. We will never share your personal details, only to populate the permit application form.
Most importantly are the questions regarding your vessel. These sections relate to the specific information we need in order to propose a suitable site.
Please add any additional information such as photos or accessibility requests in the provided text box & files sections.
When you submit this form we may contact you with any follow up questions or once we have located a potential site and are ready to talk you through its position and access.
We are happy to work with you to find the most suitable site possible but availability can be limited.
If you want to progress with the site we have proposed we will send a quote outlining the costs for all components in your mooring build, along with a permit application populated with all relevant information ready for you to sign.
In order to submit this signed application you need to attach a copy of your vessel registration. If unregistered, a copy of insurance
documentation, sales receipt or statutory declaration is required.
We are not allowed to place any new tackle on site until Parks Victoria has approved your permit application.
Once you confirm your permit has been approved we will issue your invoice, payment is required in full before we lay your mooring on site and assist with vessel attachment.
We offer secure payments by direct deposit, credit and debit cards, digital wallets such as Google Pay, Apple Pay & PayPal, plus BPAY.
We are happy to listen to questions at any stage of the quote/invoice process and provide assistance where possible. Please send us an email to discuss further.
Once payment has been received, alongside assisting you to attach your vessel to your new mooring, we will also provide you & Parks Victoria a copy of your Mooring Report and Mooring Condition Report. These documents are valid for 12 months and are required to prove the necessary due diligence has been taken to ensure your moorings reliability.
We pride ourselves in caretaking the Williamstown Mooring Field and aim to keep maintenance costs as low as possible, we are here when you need to update your mooring report again in the future.
