Federal Bid Partners LLC is authorized to use the information provided in this intake form to assist with government contracting, compliance, proposal, SAM.gov, CMMC, SBA certification, and related administrative support services. This authorization may include preparing documents, reviewing business information, assisting with registrations or renewals, drafting proposal materials, communicating with the client regarding required items, and supporting related government contracting tasks as requested by the client . Federal Bid Partners LLC will not submit final documents, proposals, certifications, or registrations on the client’s behalf unless specifically authorized to do so.

Federal Bid Partners LLC provides professional, custom, labor-based services, including government contracting support, proposal writing, SAM.gov support, CMMC readiness support, SBA certification support, compliance documentation, strategy, research, templates, checklists, forms, drafts, and related deliverables.

By submitting this form, the Client acknowledges that services may include time spent on intake review, account setup, research, strategy, document preparation, drafting, revisions, administrative support, compliance review, opportunity review, and other work performed on the Client’s behalf.

Because these services are custom professional services, fees are earned as work is performed and deliverables are prepared, sent, made available, or used by the Client. If the Client has any concern about billing, services, or deliverables, the Client agrees to contact Federal Bid Partners LLC directly in writing first so the matter can be reviewed and addressed in good faith before initiating any payment dispute, chargeback, reversal, or processor claim.

Federal Bid Partners LLC does not guarantee contract awards, funding, proposal wins, government approvals, SAM.gov activation, certification approval, CMMC assessment outcomes, or any third-party decision.

The Client understands that deliverables may be provided by email, shared folder, portal, CRM message, document link, PDF, Word document, spreadsheet, checklist, form, report, or other electronic method. Deliverables may include drafts, templates, strategy notes, compliance documents, proposal materials, registrations, checklists, intake reviews, research, recommendations, and other work product prepared for the Client.

By typing my name below and submitting this form, I confirm that I am authorized to submit this intake form on behalf of the company listed above and that I agree to the acknowledgments stated in this form.

1. Authorization to Begin Work

I authorize Federal Bid Partners LLC to use the information, documents, responses, files, uploads, links, and communications I provide to begin preparing, reviewing, organizing, drafting, submitting, advising on, or otherwise supporting the services I requested.

I understand that Federal Bid Partners LLC may begin work after payment, onboarding, intake completion, document receipt, verbal approval, written approval, email confirmation, text confirmation, or other client authorization.

2. Custom Professional Services

I understand that Federal Bid Partners LLC provides custom professional services and business deliverables. These services may include, but are not limited to, SAM.gov support, proposal development, bid support, SBA and third-party certification support, GSA support, CMMC Level 1 support, NIST 800-171 readiness support, SPRS score support, cybersecurity compliance documentation, capability statements, government contracting strategy, business setup support, marketing materials, and related professional services.

I understand that these services require time, research, writing, document review, administrative work, strategy, communication, preparation, and professional support specific to my company.

Because these services are customized and begin after onboarding, I understand that fees may be considered earned in whole or in part once work begins, even if I later choose not to continue, fail to provide information, become unresponsive, change my mind, or decide not to use the completed work.

3. CMMC, NIST, and Cybersecurity Compliance Services

I understand that CMMC, NIST 800-171, SPRS, and cybersecurity compliance-related services may involve reviewing company information, preparing policies and procedures, organizing evidence, creating or assisting with documentation, identifying gaps, supporting self-assessments, assisting with SPRS score preparation, and helping the client understand required compliance steps.

I understand that Federal Bid Partners LLC may provide documentation, readiness support, implementation guidance, templates, policy drafts, gap review, evidence organization, and advisory support, but the client remains responsible for maintaining accurate systems, implementing required controls, following policies, preserving evidence, and making truthful representations to any government agency, contracting officer, prime contractor, platform, or third-party reviewer.

I understand that Federal Bid Partners LLC does not guarantee CMMC certification, CMMC assessment results, NIST compliance determinations, SPRS score acceptance, contracting officer acceptance, prime contractor acceptance, agency acceptance, or any third-party cybersecurity determination unless a specific written guarantee is separately provided by Federal Bid Partners LLC.

4. Client Responsibility for Information and Documents

I certify that the information I provide is accurate and complete to the best of my knowledge.

I understand that Federal Bid Partners LLC relies on the information, documents, system details, compliance details, business details, and responses I provide. I understand that missing, inaccurate, outdated, incomplete, or delayed information may affect timelines, quality, submissions, approvals, registrations, proposals, certifications, compliance documentation, SPRS support, CMMC/NIST readiness, or other outcomes.

I agree to provide requested documents, signatures, approvals, portal access, confirmations, screenshots, evidence, system information, and responses in a timely manner when needed.

5. Timelines, Third Parties, and Government Systems

I understand that Federal Bid Partners LLC may assist with processes involving government agencies, third-party portals, payment processors, registrars, certifying bodies, contracting officers, prime contractors, subcontractors, cybersecurity platforms, software providers, or other outside parties.

I understand that Federal Bid Partners LLC does not control government processing times, agency review timelines, portal outages, third-party decisions, award decisions, certification decisions, CMMC assessment decisions, SPRS platform issues, registration delays, contracting officer responses, prime contractor decisions, software issues, or client-side delays.

6. No Guaranteed Contract Award or Third-Party Approval

I understand that Federal Bid Partners LLC may help prepare, improve, organize, submit, or support government contracting-related materials, but does not guarantee contract awards, proposal wins, agency approvals, certification approvals, GSA approvals, SAM approvals, CMMC approvals, NIST compliance determinations, SPRS acceptance, funding decisions, bid acceptance, or third-party outcomes unless a specific written guarantee is separately provided by Federal Bid Partners LLC.

7. Electronic Delivery and Proof of Work

I understand that Federal Bid Partners LLC may provide work, updates, drafts, files, deliverables, confirmations, and communications electronically.

Electronic delivery may include email, shared folders, document links, CRM records, text messages, invoices, payment records, forms, timestamps, portal screenshots, proposal files, compliance documents, CMMC/NIST documents, policies, procedures, SPRS-related files, uploaded files, and other digital records.

I agree that these records may be used as evidence of authorization, communication, work performed, progress made, deliverables provided, client approvals, and services rendered.

8. Review, Revisions, and Service Concerns

I agree to review materials, updates, drafts, and deliverables provided by Federal Bid Partners LLC in a timely manner.

If I have a billing concern, service concern, missing item, requested correction, requested revision, or dispute, I agree to contact Federal Bid Partners LLC directly in writing and allow a reasonable opportunity to review and address the concern before initiating a chargeback, payment dispute, reversal, bank claim, card claim, or processor claim.

9. Payment Authorization and Charge Recognition

I confirm that I authorized the purchase or payment for Federal Bid Partners LLC services.

I understand that the charge may appear under Federal Bid Partners LLC, its payment processor, store, invoice provider, or related billing descriptor.

I agree that I will not claim that a payment was unauthorized, unrecognized, or fraudulent if I knowingly submitted payment, approved payment, received an invoice, completed onboarding, requested services, signed this form, communicated with Federal Bid Partners LLC, or allowed Federal Bid Partners LLC to begin work.

10. Chargeback and Dispute Acknowledgment

I understand and agree that Federal Bid Partners LLC provides custom professional services, not a standard physical product.

I agree to contact Federal Bid Partners LLC directly in writing regarding any concern before initiating a chargeback, payment dispute, reversal, or processor claim.

I understand that if I initiate a payment dispute, Federal Bid Partners LLC may submit this signed agreement, intake responses, invoices, payment records, emails, text messages, CRM notes, shared folder records, document links, timestamps, drafts, screenshots, compliance documents, CMMC/NIST documents, SPRS-related documents, and completed deliverables as evidence of authorization, service activity, and work performed.

11. Electronic Signature Agreement

I understand that my electronic signature, typed name, checkbox selection, form submission, email confirmation, text confirmation, or other electronic acknowledgment may be used to confirm my authorization and acceptance of this agreement.

I understand that my electronic signature has the same effect as a handwritten signature for purposes of confirming my review, authorization, and acceptance of the acknowledgments in this form.

By signing below, I confirm that I have reviewed, understood, authorized, and accepted the terms of this Client Intake, Service Authorization & Electronic Signature Agreement.

I understand that Federal Bid Partners LLC provides custom professional services, including SAM.gov, proposal, certification, GSA, CMMC, NIST 800-171, SPRS, cybersecurity compliance documentation, and related business support services. I understand that fees may be earned in whole or in part once work begins, that Federal Bid Partners LLC does not guarantee contract awards, approvals, certifications, CMMC certification, NIST compliance determinations, SPRS acceptance, or third-party outcomes unless separately provided in writing, and that I agree to contact Federal Bid Partners LLC directly in writing about any concern before initiating a chargeback, payment dispute, reversal, bank claim, card claim, or processor claim.

By signing below, I confirm that I am authorized to submit this intake form on behalf of the company listed above. I certify that the information provided is accurate to the best of my knowledge, and I acknowledge that Federal Bid Partners LLC may rely on this information to begin preparing, reviewing, organizing, and supporting the services requested.
