I understand that QueenCare is hosting this event solely as a community networking opportunity to facilitate introductions between families and independent childcare providers.

I acknowledge and agree that:

QueenCare does not employ, endorse, certify, screen, supervise, or guarantee any babysitter, mother's helper, or childcare provider attending this event.

QueenCare does not conduct background checks, reference checks, criminal record checks, or verify qualifications unless otherwise specifically stated.

Any arrangements made between my family and a childcare provider are independent agreements between private parties.

It is my responsibility to conduct my own interviews, reference checks, background checks, and due diligence before hiring or engaging any childcare provider.

I release and hold harmless QueenCare, its directors, officers, staff, volunteers, and partners from any liability, claims, damages, losses, injuries, or disputes that may arise from introductions, communications, agreements, or services provided by attendees of this event.
