I acknowledge that my house must achieve a B BER Energy Rating with a minimum uplift of 100kWh/m2/y and a Heat loss indicator of below 2.3 W/m2k to be eligible for SEAI funding under Community Energy Grant Scheme.

*€350 grant available towards the cost of the Home Energy Assessment through Carrig Energy community application process. This payment can be made available to homeowners during their energy upgrade project. The timing of this repayment / deduction can be discussed with your project coordinator.

**The Home Energy Assessment will outline upgrade measures that will be required to achieve the minimum requirement targets for SEAI funding. These upgrade measures can be grant aided on fixed grant amounts. Completion of the technical assessment with Carrig Energy does not automatically guarantee provision of SEAI funding.
