Seller Non-Disclosure Agreement

Our Business Sales engagement with you requires that we, The Wynn Group, agree to maintain full confidentiality regarding any information you provide to us about your business. The information you provide will be held in confidence. In consideration for you disclosing confidential information to The Wynn Group, we agree to the following:

➢ Any and all information, location details, financials, customer lists, vendor information, lease details, or any other sensitive business information you provide to The Wynn Group is strictly confidential, and we agree NOT to disclose any information about your business to any person who is not directly involved in the transaction and who has not signed an appropriate non-disclosure agreement (except attorneys, accountants, and business advisors acting on your behalf or ours as needed).

➢ We agree NOT to disclose your business name, address, financials, or any identifying details to any potential buyer until that buyer has first completed a Non-Disclosure Agreement and provided evidence of financial capability as required in our standard process.

➢ We agree NOT to interfere with your ability to conduct business, communicate with employees, vendors, customers, or your landlord. All inquiries, showings, or discussions with potential buyers will be coordinated privately and discreetly through The Wynn Group.

➢ We acknowledge that all financial information, representations, or documents are provided directly by you, the seller. The Wynn Group does not alter, modify, or verify the accuracy of your information, and any buyer will be advised to rely on their own due diligence, accountant, or financial advisor.
