I confirm that a Home Energy Assessment was carried out on my property for SEAI grant funding. I understand that, to be eligible under the SEAI Communities Energy Grant (CEG) Scheme, my home must reach a B BER rating, with an energy improvement of at least 100 kWh/m²/yr and a Heat Loss Indicator (HLI) of 2.3 W/K·m² or lower.

The Home Energy Assessment sets out the upgrade measures your home needs to meet SEAI's minimum funding requirements. These measures qualify for fixed SEAI grant amounts, and Carrig Energy Consultancy will give you a grant offer based on them.
